The full bootcamp program is below:
1) Azure Bicep experimental features and Azure Monitoring Dashboards by Anton Boyko
A long time ago, Microsoft created Bicep to improve our experience working with ARM templates. They repeatedly stated that they didn't want to reinvent another Terraform, but they were inspired by it. On the other hand, we can't neglect the overall impact of Terraform on the infrastructure as code practice. So now we can see that some of the features from Terraform are sneaking their way into the Bicep.
Azure Monitoring Dashboards:
We all know how to create Azure monitoring dashboards, and we love them. In less than a day, you can create a dashboard for your environment and easily observe all relevant infrastructure metrics. However, the issue usually is not with the dashboards themselves but with the way we create them. In most projects that Anton has participated in, dashboards were created manually. But if we are automating all our infrastructure via code, why are we making an exception for monitoring dashboards? In this session, Anton would like to share his experience of creating Azure monitoring dashboards via code and deploying them together with the infrastructure itself.

2) Adaptive cloud. How cloud-native and AI technologies work simultaneously across hybrid, edge, and IoT by Ihor Leontiev
In this session, we delve into the transformative power of Azure's Adaptive Cloud approach, a groundbreaking strategy built upon the foundation of Azure Arc. Seamlessly integrating cloud-native and AI technologies, Azure Arc empowers organizations to expedite their embrace of cloud innovation across their entire IT infrastructure, transcending boundaries of hybrid, edge, and IoT environments.
With Kubernetes at its core, Azure's Adaptive Cloud simplifies the complexities of hybrid infrastructure, offering a unified platform for managing and orchestrating diverse workloads across on-premises, multicloud, and edge environments. Through Kubernetes, organizations can achieve unparalleled agility and scalability, enabling rapid deployment and efficient resource utilization.
Furthermore, we explore the evolution of IoT platforms within Azure, ushering in a new era of connectivity and intelligence. Leveraging next-generation Azure services, organizations can seamlessly integrate devices, sensors, and data streams into a cohesive ecosystem, harnessing the power of AI and machine learning to derive actionable insights and drive informed decision-making.
